About the Creator
A Block Connect was founded by Elara Varden, a lifelong advocate for community-driven change. Having worked with social organizations in both India and New Zealand, Elara saw a gap: too many local initiatives operated in isolation, unaware of each other’s work. She created A Block Connect to bridge those gaps—to help good work find its audience, and for people seeking purpose to find their cause.
